Aluminum profile extrusion molding process
 
Flat laying of aluminum rods → heating 12 aluminum rods at a time → temperature reaches 480 °C for 1 h → mold heating to 480 °C → mold is placed in mold base → sent to raw material port → extrusion → traction → straightening → aging → furnace → 200 °C Post-hold for 2h→cool→finish
 
1. Lay the prepared aluminum rods on the rack. A certain gap should be reserved between the aluminum rods. Be careful not to stack the aluminum rods, otherwise it will increase the difficulty of the extruder, and it is easy to cause aluminum alloys during operation. The rod falls and hurts the staff;
 
2. Operate in strict accordance with the process flow, place 12 aluminum rods in the furnace, and heat them at room temperature. When the heating time reaches 3.5 hours, the temperature reaches 480 °C, and then normal production can be carried out after 1 hour of heat preservation;
 
3. At the same time, put the extrusion die into the furnace for heating, so that the die temperature also reaches 480℃;

4. After the heating and heat preservation of the aluminum rod and the mold are completed, put the mold into the die seat of the extruder and prepare it;
 
5. Put the cut aluminum rod into the raw material inlet of the extruder to prepare for extrusion;
 
6. Entering the extrusion stage. After the extruded profile comes out of the discharge hole, it is pulled by the tractor, and then the length and size are determined for cutting, and then the aluminum profile is sent to the leveling table for straightening. The aluminum profiles can then be transported to the finished product area for cutting to length.
 
7. Load the cut aluminum profiles into the material frame according to the requirements, transport them to the aging zone, and then carry out aging treatment after entering the aging furnace. When the aging temperature reaches 200 °C, keep warm for 2 hours, and then wait for the furnace to be released;
 
After the aging is completed, it can be released. In the cooling stage, it can be cooled naturally or cooled by a cooling fan. At this time, the extrusion work is completed, and the extrusion of aluminum profiles with qualified appearance quality and shape and size is completed.
